Squadron History

The Edmond Composite Squadron was chartered in May 1991. The Flight Commander was Capt. Rick Heck and shortly thereafter transferred to Lt.Col. Larry Hazelwood upon being chartered.The squadron first met at the then Edmond North Mid-High until the squadron was able to secure a space at the National Guard Armory in Edmond on South Bryant adjacent to E.C. Hafer Park.
